Jun Abo is the Global VP of HR for NQX and a senior HR and Talent Acquisition leader with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling people and hiring functions across multiple industries. He has held leadership roles in major organizations including Ernst and Young, KPMG, VXI, and Transcom, where he supported rapid growth, workforce expansion, and operational transformation. 
  
His experience spans end to end Talent Acquisition, HR strategy, workforce planning, leadership support, employee relations, and organizational development. He has led high volume and specialized hiring programs, built recruitment delivery models, and strengthened HR operations to match business demand. 
  
Jun is recognized for connecting HR and Talent Acquisition to measurable business results through data driven decisions, process discipline, and technology adoption. He has driven modernization efforts using AI, automation, and digital tools to improve hiring speed, candidate experience, and service quality.
