John Dinardo
President & Chief Executive Officer
John is a people-focused leader with more than 30 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. Since assuming leadership of NQX in 2009, he has grown the company from 1,300 to 10,000 employees.
He successfully transitioned ownership to Birch Hill Equity Partners in 2015, and expanded service offerings to include digital services and IT solutions, while growing NQX’s footprint in Canada and the Philippines.
Under his leadership, NQX has become the leader for customer experience solutions in Canada, with an industry-wide reputation for unparalleled quality of service, including the lowest employee attrition and highest employee satisfaction in the industry.
Prior to joining NQX, John held numerous executive positions at Bell Canada, notably in the areas of call centre management, customer relations, and sales and loyalty. In 2008, he led Bell’s Call Centre Outsourcing Management group where he engineered a major consolidation of Bell’s external call centres around the world, introduced new partner support models and revamped the compensation model. From 2003 to 2006, he was VP, Sales & Marketing at Expertech Canada (Bell’s network construction subsidiary) and President, Expertech U.S. (U.S. subsidiary).
Guy Neveu
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Country Leader, NQX Philippines
Guy is a strategic leader with over 25 years of solid operational and financial experience, including 12 years in executive roles at NQX. Over the years, Guy was responsible for business peformance, business intelligence and insights, and facilities.
in addition to his role of Chief Financial Officer, Guy assumes the role of Country Leader for the Philippines. In this dual role, he leads Global Finance while representing NQX in the region and overseeing our day-to-day business in the Philippines, ensuring that NQX’s vision and strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with local priorities.
Guy joined NQX in 2013 and played a key role in spearheading its expansion and acquisition strategy. Prior to that, he held senior positions with Bell Canada and Teleglobe, managing call centre sales strategy, outsourcing, capacity planning, as well as numerous financial roles.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Montreal’s renowned HEC business school.
Nathalie Siphengphet
Global Vice President, Strategy and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Nathalie joined NQX in April 2024 as Vice President, Strategy and Communications and now serves as Global Vice President, Strategy and CMO, leading the company’s global strategy, brand positioning, and marketing agenda. In her mandate, she is responsible for shaping NQX’s long-term strategic direction, elevating the brand, strengthening a unified, human-centric corporate culture across all regions. She also oversees internal and external communications to deepen stakeholder engagement and support organizational growth.
As a member of the NQX Global Executive Team, Nathalie plays a key role in defining enterprise priorities, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting NQX’ evolution as a global, human-centric, tech-enabled CX organization.
Nathalie has built her career in aerospace and high technology sectors, with more than a decade of experience partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy and lead communications, marketing, brand, and public relations for global companies. Prior to joining NQX, she served as Head of Marketing and Strategy for the Civil Aviation division at CAE and previously as Head of Communications and Public Relations for the Commercial Aircraft division at Bombardier.
Nathalie graduated from McGill University in Communications and Public Relations.
Michael Moran
Chief Technology and Information Officer
Mike is a seasoned IT entrepreneur and technologist with over 20 years of experience. He has served as Chief Technology and Information Officer since December 2025. In this role, Mike is responsible for defining and executing the company’s global technology vision, ensuring that its technologies, information systems, and digital infrastructures effectively support NQX’s strategic objectives.
Mike joined NQX in 2016 to lead the Business Intelligence team, and in 2020 he was promoted to Vice President of Information Technology, where he oversaw the company’s IT and network infrastructure, support services, and business intelligence capabilities.
Prior to joining NQX, Mike held key roles at organizations such as Versus Informatique Inc. and Nurun. He was also the founder of SoftSystème, a leading firm in the development of e-commerce solutions and intranet security applications.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in IT Management from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
Philippe Plouffe
Vice President, Operations - Canada
Philippe joined NQX in 2023. After successfully leading the transformation of our contact centre operations, he took on a new mandate in December 2025 to support the company’s growth. As a member of the NQX Global Executive Team, Philippe oversees our operational performance in Canada and leads operations for our new business accounts to ensure that our best practices are deployed consistently across the organization.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in customer service environments, having started his career as a frontline telemarketing agent at Bell Canada in 1998. He quickly advanced into leadership and support roles, working with internal teams and managing external partners. Prior to joining NQX, he led the call centre sales teams for Bell’s residential, mobility, and small business segments. He also created and implemented highly successful sales training programs for both management and frontline teams.
Philippe is a dynamic, creative, and passionate leader, equally comfortable analyzing performance data as he is inspiring teams to bring their best.
Philippe holds an Executive MBA (EMBA) from McGill University – HEC Montréal..
Anita De Laurentis
Vice President, Human Resources and Labour Relations
Anita has over 27 years of contact centre experience, starting off as a customer service representative in the airline industry. She joined NQX in 2004 and has been a member of the executive leadership team since 2005, when she was promoted to VP, Operations. In 2011, Anita became General Manager, HR, Labour Relations, and Operational Support and two years later, to her current position. During that time, Anita oversaw all HR, recruitment, training, and labour relations functions. Prior to NQX, she led the start-up of call centre operations in Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver for Intair Transit.
Chris Courneya
Senior Vice President, Business Development and Client Operations
Chris joined NQX in May 2024 to lead our business development efforts and drive growth. He brings over 22 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Business Process Outsourcing and Management landscape, both in Canada and beyond. Having started in the telecommunications industry as a front-line customer representative and built his career in Business Development, Chris has a unique understanding of business trends and needs. He has a track-record of driving organizational growth, fostering lasting client relationships, and delivering remarkable successes in revenue generation and market expansion. Prior to joining NQX, Chris was most recently at HGS Canada, where he led business development as Senior Vice-President of Business Development and Client Operations.
