2023
Nordia strengthens its hybrid model, managing remote, hybrid, and in-centre teams across various digital locations, leadership hubs and support offices.
2022
Nordia acquires Quantrics Enterprises, a fast-growing BPO based in the Philippines known for its strong technology expertise and robust digital capabilities.
2021
Nordia becomes a leader in digital workforce management, transitioning 80% of its frontline customer experience team to remote work during the global pandemic.
Nordia supports urgent vaccination campaigns in Ontario and Quebec and becomes Service Ontario’s provider.

Nordia establishes a strong presence across Canada – in Quebec, British Columbia, New Brunswick and Ontario.
The company opens and acquires contact centres in Sherbrooke, Montreal, Nanaimo, Laval, Rouyn-Noranda, Saguenay, Moncton, Saint John, Lindsay, Orillia and Toronto.

Nordia becomes Canada Post’s customer service provider.

Birch Hill Equity Partners acquires Nordia.

Nordia establishes its Head Office in Laval.

Bell acquires 100% ownership of Nordia.

Nordia is founded as a joint venture between Bell and Excell Global Services.
